We are excited to host our Annual 4-H Benefit Auction at the Farm and Home Center, Lancaster, on February 18, 2023, and donations are needed.
Dear Friend of 4-H:
Thank you so much for your past support of the Lancaster County 4-H Program!
All proceeds benefit the Lancaster County 4-H Program and are used to purchase educational materials, registration fees to leadership conferences and events, transportation, awards and recognition, volunteer leader training, scholarship money, and other 4-H expenses.
The Lancaster County 4-H Program currently reaches approximately 2,500 youth ranging from 5-19 years old. It utilizes the guidance and leadership of nearly 300 adult and teen volunteers to provide members with an opportunity to develop subject matter skills and life skills. The 4-H motto is "to make the best better", and our program offers youth the opportunity to "learn-by-doing" as they explore livestock, sewing, pet care, rocketry, entomology, leadership, wildlife, and numerous other project areas.
We would appreciate any contribution you would like to make. Donations can be made in the form of store merchandise, handmade items, gift certificates, vacation rentals, and so on. All items should be in new or next-to-new condition. Receipts are available, upon request, to contributing organizations.
Please feel free to call or email me if you want to make a donation or have any questions.
4-H auction volunteers can pick up donations at your convenience.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
