- Bring your steer to Lampeter Fairground for Hoof Trimming, Vaccinations and Weigh-In
- 8:00 am to 9:30 am – hoof trimming, health paper & weigh in
- 9:30 –10:30 am – showmanship workshop
July 15, Monday Deadline for Entry at 2024 Round Up
- Entry form and information will be emailed in June
July 27, Saturday Beef Show – 4-H Round Up, Lampeter Fair Grounds
- Selection of County Champions, Showmanship Contest
- Weigh in 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.
- Show begins at 8:30 a.m. (heifers, steers, showmanship)
- It is MANDATORY TO SHOW YOUR MKT BEEF at Round Up

- Club Fundraiser in conjunction with all livestock Clubs

- RECORD BOOKS are due at this Meeting!
- Game Night and Dinner
February 7, 2025 – Friday 4-H Livestock Banquet, Farm & Home Center
Important Rules:
- Each member may participate in one community fair where a market beef project can be shown and sold.
- Fair and Farm Show market beef will be shown together at Round Up.
- Exhibitor must show both FS market beef and fair market beef at Round Up.
- All purebred heifers must show registration papers at show at Round Up.
- Members must hand in a record book at the November meeting to receive premiums.
- Steers for the Pa. Farm Show will be tagged at your farm between April 1 and June 1.
- It is MANDITORY to show at the 4-H Round-Up to participate as a 4-H project at community fairs and the Pa. Farm Show.
- Member may show either a market heifer or market steer
New for 2025 – all market heifer/steer must be an industry recognized beef breed, no dairy crossbreeds.
