Members from the Fuzzy Buddies 4-H Rabbit and Cavy Club attended the Pennsylvania State Rabbit and Cavy Convention on February 2-4, 2024. Members entered Achievement and Management Contests prior to the event. Members participated in the Royalty, Showmanship, Breed Identification, and Breed Judging Contests. They also enjoyed showing their rabbits and cavies on Saturday and Sunday.
Results are:
- Emma D. 3rd place junior breed identification, 3rd place junior showmanship, and Runner-up Princess
- Sarah D. 1st place intermediate breed judging, 2nd place intermediate showmanship
They also had Best of Breed and Best Opposite of Breed with their Silvers.
- Addison M. 3rd place senior showmanship, 1st place senior breed judging and Best of Breed Blue Holicer
- Austin S. 1st place Achievement, 1st place Cavy Management, 2nd place junior showmanship, 2nd place junior breed identification, 2024 Prince, Best in Show and Reserve in Show Cavy with an American, Best in Open Specialty Show English Spot.
