Job Description
The Quality Assurance Technician Intern position focus includes training in all aspects of the manufacturing operation. After initial introduction to plant operations, this individual will work in the Quality Assurance Department receiving training in all aspects of the Quality Assurance. You will also be involved daily with plant operations decisions.

Duties of job:
Learn the manufacturing process and understand how quality is one of the main pillars of a successful product line
Assist QA department employees in the preparation of experiments and testing, such as: board preparation, sample selection, physical property testing, operating equipment, and recording data. Enter and process data utilizing computers. Collect, maintain, and summarize data and generate various reports.
Prepare presentation materials to include graphs, charts, handout materials and samples.

Skills/Experience:
Pursuing a BS in Bio Renewable Systems, Engineering or Forestry/Forest Products
Full time student, Jr or Sr level preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven and able to accomplish entry-level engineering tasks with decreasing supervision over time
