Clubs of interest to students in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering
We are a student run pre-professional engineering club at University Park that are interested in Agricultural and/or Biological Systems. Our personal interest range from mechanical to natural resources to chemical engineering that is based around biological systems.
The BioRenewable Systems Club aims to create a platform to begin growth of this field with a community of resources and shared ideas by providing programs and opportunities related to the major. We make this possible by partnering with other organizations and hosting events throughout the school year. Together we can enhance the development of this program through innovated ideas and actions.
We are a team that shares one common goal: Build the most successful pulling tractor for the ASABE International 1/4 Scale Tractor Student Design Competition.
The Society for Industrial Biotechnology (SIB) is a diverse group of undergraduate students who are interested in biotechnology. Our goal is to form an organization comprised of members from a variety of fields, including (but not limited to) chemical engineering, biological engineering, biology, molecular biology, and other related disciplines. We are passionate about this industry, and believe that we can better impact it by coming together as a group.
The College of Ag Sciences offers more than forty clubs and organizations.
Every department in the College of Engineering sponsors engineering-related student activities, many of which are entirely student directed.
