Management Trainee - Cleveland Brothers

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Job Duties: Two year on-the-job training program offers the opportunity to acquire extensive knowledge of our company and the Heavy Equipment industry through valuable work assignments. This program emphasizes the concept “Learning by Doing” with rotations in Product Support, Field Service, Sales Support, Inventory Control, Remanufacturing.  Each trainee will also participate in a 3 to 6 month rotation at one of our various branches.
 
Each work assignment will provide opportunities to learn and demonstrate critical skills necessary to become an effective leader. Upon successful completion of the training program, each Management Trainee will have newly acquired knowledge, skills, and abilities and will be considered for a leadership-type role within the dealership territory.

We are looking for self-motivated, mobile, high energy and innovative recent graduates (within the last 2 years), with a preference given to those in Mining/Mechanical Engineering programs and who possess strong interpersonal skills, sales experience and a team player attitude.
