In 2022, York County Master Gardeners brought gardening knowledge to our community, sharing research-based information with friends and neighbors.
Like most years, this year saw the Master Gardeners of York County accomplishing a lot.
Master Gardeners:
Raised and donated literally Tons of food (close to 4,000 pounds this year!)
Worked with local students to better understand our local environment
Published articles, videos, and other educational content for the public.
Hosted plant sales, symposiums, and garden open houses to interact directly with the public
Answered many many hundreds of questions to our Garden Hotline (that's right, you can reach out to us with lawn and garden questions Any Time)
and Welcomed 23 new MG Trainees to our program.
Congratulations to our members, and many thanks to all of our supporters. We can't wait to see you in the new year!
