Bedford 4-H Members at SW District Dairy Show

The 2019 Southwest District Dairy Show was held at the Morrison Cove Memorial Park, Martinsburg, on August 2, 2019.

Sixty 4-H and FFA dairy exhibitors and 109 animals from Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Somerset and Westmoreland Counties participated. Josh Sanders, from Littlestown, PA, was the type judge for the event. Exhibitors who received blue ribbons are eligible to move on to the PA State Jr. Dairy Show in Harrisburg on September 14.

Bedford County youth moving on to the State level include Blake Bish, Bella Gable, Blaire Gable, and Aaron Sams, all members of the Friendly Moo Moo's 4-H Club.
