Chapman's Run 4-H Club is a long time established and ever-growing club that continues to serve in the community, as well as, building relationships and skills with each member. The club meets in Clearville and offers beef, dairy, dairy beef, goat, sheep, swine and Cloverbud projects.

Club Information

Chapman's Run 4-H Club began in the fall of 1987 by Ronnie Morse of Clearville, Bryan Jay and Ryan Jay of Artemas; when they phased out the FFA & Agriculture curriculum at Everett High School. We meet at least 8 times a year. Our projects are: Beef, Dairy, Dairy Beef, Goat, Sheep, Swine, Livestock Judging, Scrap-booking, Cloverbuds, and Shooting Sports. (You must show at least one animal species to be able to participate.)

Members

Our club is very much involved in community service and includes the towns of Artemas, Clearville, Everett, Breezewood, and Bedford. (We welcome anyone that wants to show and learn about the different projects that we offer).

Meetings

We generally meet at the Pleasant Union Church in Clearville. We do not meet in December and January. Meetings consist of a business meeting, activity or hands on with animals, and refreshments. (We do not always meet at the church if we are working with animals.)
