The Free Garden Tours for the public of our Demonstration Gardens will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the second Saturday of the month in April and June through October. Demonstration gardens are located across the road from the Franklin County Extension Office at 181 Franklin Farm Lane in Chambersburg, PA.
Master Gardeners will be available during the Garden Tours to teach you about the gardens and how they care for the plants. Come and see how the gardens evolve throughout the growing season, showcasing beautiful blooms in spring, summer, and autumn!
The demonstration gardens are always open to the public from dawn to dusk, year-round. The demonstration gardens feature: Pollinator Friendly, Perennial, Herb, Drought-Tolerant, Woodland Native Habitat, Victory Garden, and the Patrick Gass Historic Garden plants.
Stop by the demonstration gardens when you visit our Annual Plant Sale on May 17th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
