Master Gardeners in Susquehanna County maintain several educational demonstration gardens, record observations for a statewide Home Vegetable Garden Trial study and Grow-Save-Repeat Plant Breeding program, teach the Mr. Yuk Poison Prevention curriculum to area first-grade students, staff an education outreach exhibit during the Harford Fair, help with conservation projects in the community, partner with the Montrose Area Adult School to offer gardening programs, teach Seed to Supper beginning vegetable gardening classes, and present the annual Spring Garden Day. Proceeds from the Spring Plant Fundraiser help support these and other Master Gardener outreach activities in Susquehanna County. Thank you for your support!
