Resources: The National 4-H Poultry Judging Manual has been totally rewritten with Major changes since 2021.
National 4-H Judging Manual is available only on-line starting in 2021. You are able to print a PDF version if you would like. The site is National 4-H Poultry Judging Manual

Registration will be handled by the state 4-H office.

Also, for the Senior division the highest scoring team and the highest scoring 4-H member (18 years of age or older not a member of state team) at the state contest earns the right to represent Pennsylvania at the National contest in Louisville, KY.
