The Chester County 4-H small animal program includes poultry, rabbit and cavy, dog, cat, and various small household or companion animals.
Clubs listed have volunteer leaders who focus on raising an animal with best management practices in mind. The club setting creates opportunities for members to engage in science-based, hands-on education. There is nothing like working with a companion animal to help young people feel connected and boost confidence.
This club meets once a month at the Chester County 4-H Center in Honey Brook.
