The County Teen Council is open to any 4-H youth member, ages 13 – 18 years old as of January 1, who is already enrolled in a current 4-H club.

Meetings are held once a month at 6:30 PM at the Chester County Government Services Center in West Chester.

The County Teen Council is a teen leadership development club.
