If you've ever driven past the Westmoreland County Courthouse on North Main Street in Greensburg from May to September you probably noticed the gorgeous flowers spilling out of the concrete planters, providing color and beauty to the Courthouse grounds.

Flowering areas include: the Main Street Bed, the Commissioner's Bed, square planters, triangular bed, grass bed, Russian sage bed, and rose bed.

Throughout the summer season, Penn State Extension trained Master Gardener volunteers plant, weed, and prune the gardens to keep them vibrant and growing for everyone to enjoy.

If you aren't familiar with these beds, drive by sometime and enjoy the colorful flowers. You'll be glad you did!
