Gardener Tips for Growing Blue Mouse Ears Hosta

This plant is noninvasive and propagates by shoots around its perimeter. Conveniently, these perennials do not require pruning. It likes well-drained soil in shade or partial sun. By adding mulch to the surrounding area, it will help keep the soil from splashing up on the leaves. Due to its small size, it can be grown in a container although it does make good ground cover.

It is a great addition to any type of garden. You have to love this adorable, little hosta!
