Fall at The Arboretum at Penn State
Consider becoming a Penn State Master Gardener! Applications are being accepted now through August 15, 2024 for the 2024-2025 class. The next Basic Training Course will be offered on Thursday evenings beginning on October 4, 2024.
Are you undecided and want additional information on the Master Gardener program? Come to one of our orientation sessions in August. Dates for the orientations will be announced by mid-July.
Interviews will be conducted in August following attendance at one of the orientation sessions. Upon acceptance into the program, course material will be ordered for the Basic Training Course. A fee of $200 covers the cost of the Penn State Master Gardener Manual and the Basic Training course.
