National 4-H Council today announced that Ronak Suchindra of Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, is a runner-up for the 2023 4-H Youth in Action Award for STEM. Suchindra is recognized nationally for his commitment to providing STEAM access to youth worldwide.

Suchindra, 15, seeks to empower youth with skills to teach STEAM-related content through his nonprofit Kids Connect. His organization has since engaged over 3,500 kids worldwide through local and online classes. Only a sophomore in high school, Suchindra will continue his leadership in Kids Connect while also serving as a robotics team captain, Pennsylvania 4-H STEM ambassador, mentor, and member of the local 4-H Teen Council.
The 4-H Youth in Action Awards began in 2010 to recognize 4-H'ers who have overcome challenges and used the knowledge they gained in 4-H to create a lasting impact in their community. Learn more about the 4-H Youth in Action program and the 2023 runners-up.
