As of June 28, 2021, masking outdoors and physical distancing are not required for events and meetings.
Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear face masks indoors, however, individuals who are not fully vaccinated are expected to wear face masks inside Penn State University buildings.
Participants should consider and evaluate how their own vaccination status impacts the level of risk they are comfortable accepting before attending events or meetings. While Penn State has adopted guidelines and protocols recommended by the Pennsylvania Department of Health, there is no way to entirely eliminate the risk of exposure or infection.
