Justin Werner, winner of the 2020 Hoke 4-H Leadership Award
Justin has been a member of the York County 4-H program for nine years, where he's participated in multiple clubs, held numerous leadership positions, and serves as a camp counselor. Commissioner Doug Hoke created the Hoke 4-H Leadership Award to recognize the achievements of 4-H members in York County. We are grateful to Commissioner Hoke for creating and supporting this award. Congratulations to Justin and good luck in your future endeavors!
