Nunundah Fields

Check out this approximately one-acre plot located at the Comes Center in Smethport at 9011 PA 46. This area is being converted into a meadow area containing native plants. Our goal is to support butterflies, bees, and pollinators as we demonstrate the need to convert parts of our lawns to a much needed haven for them. We have planted flowers in the meadow area also to bring beauty and interest to the area. There is a pathway through the meadow, which is lined with plants and flowers which will help introduce visitors to different options they have when trying to choose plants for their own gardens. See how many different types of butterflies you can see on a visit there. This garden is open to the public.
