May have considerable quantities of unabsorbed yolk
Causes:
- Low average humidity in incubator.
- See probable causes in problem #3 above.
- Chilled eggs.
Correction:
- Maintain proper humidity throughout incubation cycle.
- Gather eggs quickly, cool properly and hold under proper conditions.
