Visit the Fayette County Demonstration Gardens

The Penn State Master Gardeners of Fayette County currently maintain five demonstration gardens for the benefit of the general public. Plan to visit them at the following locations.
- Vegetable Demonstration Garden, 299 Pittsburgh St., Connellsville, PA 15425. This seasonal garden is adjacent to the Carnegie Free Library.
- Demonstration Rain Garden, Lincoln Street, Ohiopyle, PA 15470. This garden is located adjacent to the playground in Ohiopyle.
- Eberly Demonstration Pollinator Garden, Penn State Fayette Campus, 2201 University Dr., Lemont Furnace, PA 15456. This garden is located near the designated book store parking.
- Pollinator Preferences Demonstration Garden, 34 W. Peter St., Uniontown, PA 15401. This garden is located on the west side of the building, adjacent to the parking lot.
- Fairgrounds Demonstration Gardens, 132 Pechin Road, Dunbar, PA 15431. These seasonal planters and planting beds are located throughout the fairgrounds and available for viewing during many public events from May through October.
