Who Are the Master Gardeners?
Master Gardeners have been volunteering in Erie County since 1996. They are community members with a special interest in gardening. They have received training in horticulture and environmental stewardship from Penn State Cooperative Extension and use research-based information to educate the public.
Speaker Fees
Our speakers do not accept personal payment for their time. However, a suggested fee is used to cover educational development and expenses for our non-profit programs. Contact us to discuss further.
What Does A Speaker Program Entail?
Speakers will tailor a program to the needs of your group, which may include a PowerPoint presentation, hands-on demonstration, handouts or worksheets, and information on additional resources. Presentations last approximately one hour.
