Members who are 4-H age 16-17 at the time of the application are eligible to apply. They must:
- be in good standing with their county 4-H program
- be enrolled in PA 4-H currently and in the year of their term
Applications are typically released in spring / early summer via ZSuite. Watch for announcements via ZSuite emails, PA 4-H social media, and county newsletters about how to access and fill out the application.
Selection of the final team is based on qualifications and the interview process
