Snyder County 4-H Presents the 2022 Friend of 4-H Award

The Shea Family was recognized during the 2022 Beaver Community Fair as the Snyder County Friend of 4-H. This award is given to a business, organization or person(s) that have supported the program during the year. This family has been involved with the Snyder County 4-H Program for many years and in many ways. They give freely of their time, talents, and resources to grow the program. As leaders, they have taught our youth to run and participate in sanctioned rabbit shows, they were instrumental in adding poultry to 4-H and the fair. Serving on multiple committees and boards in the community, they all step up and get the job done. They truly live the 4-H Motto "To Make the Best Better" and the slogan of "Learn By Doing".
