Start a new club
4-H is all about exploration! If you do not see a project or a club that looks like the right fit, you can start a new club.
4-H Clubs require:
- At least 5 youth (from at least two families)
- An adult club leader as point of contact with the 4-H Educator
- A minimum of 2 screened adult volunteers
- Hold regular educational meetings

County Council
Leadership Opportunity for Teens 13 to 18 years of age. The club meets fourth Monday of February, March, April, May, June, September, October, and November at 7:00 pm in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds.
Greene County Cloverbuds
The club is for youth 5 to 7 years of age and meets the third Thursday, January through December in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 6:00 pm.
Market Lamb
The club meets second Monday, February through August in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 7:00 pm. Projects offered are Market Lamb and Sheep Breeding.
Market Steer
The club meets second Monday, November, February through July in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 6:00 pm. Projects offered are Market Steer and Beef Breeding.
Market Swine
The club meets on the third Monday, March through October in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 7:00 pm. The project offered is Market Swine.
Rifle
The club is for youth 10 to 18 years of age. Meetings are the first and third Tuesday of April through July at the Waynesburg Sportsmen’s Club at 6:00 pm. The project offered is Rifle.
Sheep Breeding/Market Lamb II
The club meets third Monday, January through July in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 6:00 pm. Projects offered are Market Lamb and Sheep Breeding.
Shotgun
The club is for youth 10 to 18 years of age. Meetings begin in March on selected Saturdays at the Washington Sportsmen’s Club. The project offered is Shotgun.
Small Animal
The club meets first Monday, January through July in the 4-H building at the Greene County Fairgrounds at 6:30 pm. Projects offered are Entomology, Breeding and Market Rabbits, and Breeding and Market Goats.
