Jamie Bish is the newest member of Penn State Extension, Lawrence County Master Gardener Program Coordinator.
Allow me to introduce myself to those who may not know me. My name is Jamie Bish, and I am the new Master Gardener Program Coordinator at the Penn State Extension, Lawrence County.
A little background: I bring more than 18 years of experience as an event coordinator and office administrator, having worked with two local businesses and served in numerous volunteer positions. I am excited to apply my training and skills to make a significant contribution to the Master Gardener program, empowering our volunteers as we work to educate our communities.
I reside in Lawrence County with my family and am active in the community, serving on the Lawrence County 4-H Development Committee and as Treasurer of Mountville Presbyterian Church. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, including camping, kayaking, and shooting sports, as well as cooking for family and friends.
I will be in the Extension Office on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and will work remotely primarily on Thursdays and other afternoons as needed. Please feel free to contact me via email at jsb6505@psu.edu or by calling the office.
