The Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Lawrence County celebrated the spirit of community and shared commitment to environmental stewardship at their 2024 Annual Recognition Dinner
On a crisp November evening, our Lawrence County Master Gardeners gathered to celebrate another year of community service, learning, and environmental stewardship. Our Annual Recognition Dinner, held on November 6th at Farone Bros. in New Castle, brought together approximately 20 dedicated Master Gardeners and their guests for an evening of camaraderie and inspiration.
The night was more than just a meal—it was a moment to reflect on our collective impact and commitment to sustainable horticulture. Following a delightful dinner, attendees were treated to an engaging presentation by Ernst Seed, reinforcing our shared passion for research-based gardening practices and environmental education.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making this event a success. Your dedication continues to help us grow—both as gardeners and as a community committed to nurturing our local environment.
