The role of these positions will be more highly focused on bringing new ingredient technologies to life in product applications across our snacking portfolio, including chocolate, sweets, and snacks.

Openings for a full time Sr. Research Scientist, and a Sr. Research Engineer – both in Technology Development. At this level, we’d likely be looking for someone with a graduate degree and hopefully some intern, co-op, or industry type experience. Please let me know if you have anyone in mind who might be interested!

There are also two opportunities for contract type support, if interested:

  • Contract Research Technician for Technology Development R&D – 12-18 month role. This is not a full time position with benefits – it would be hired through our contractor service. But this could provide some great hands on experience in food science and materials characterization! Significant experience is not needed for this position.
  • We also have a need for some rheology support – we’re looking for someone – maybe a post doc? - who could provide rheology support say 1-2 days per week on site, and/or rheology consultation as needed for more complex food matrices. Our full time rheologist just left us, and we’re looking for some support as we develop in house talent for the longer term.
